Values Statement1. Compassion
2. Enthusiasm 3. Faith 4. Leadership 5. Wisdom These words best describe the values that I hold close to my heart that I carry through life. I try to learn from the values of the Bible and include them in my life. These are just some that I feel Jesus wanted us to follow closest. His two greatest commandments that he left to us were, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind [and] love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:37-39 Compassion encompasses the way I help others by remembering people in prayer, visiting others, and doing tasks that they are incapable of doing themselves. The way I carry my attitude, though it may not always sustain, is enthusiastic. This value will motivate my work and relationship with others. Faith incorporates lots of my values because of the teachings that follow with it. It encourages values such as forgiveness, integrity, and holiness. Leadership is important because there is an appropriate way to conduct a situation. It takes discretion, integrity, and preparedness to have good leadership. Wisdom comes from all of my experiences: teaching me discretion and affection to others in the same situation. |
